Can I rent a unit out online and move in immediately?
Absolutely. The gate code will be texted to you. It is located on the
opposite side of the road as the storage facility.
Are the units on your site all that are available?
Yes. Feel free to contact us to make sure.
Do I have to have insurance?
Although it is a good idea to insure your belongings, it is not required. We offer insurance when you rent online as an added benefit/option. Renters insurance and homeowners may also cover your belongings.
What payment options are available?
When you rent online, you will need a credit/debit card. Unless you call us. After you've rented the unit, you may setup autopay from credit/debit card or checking account. This can be setup to take out the 3rd or 4th of the month. You could pay online, mail check or drop payment off in the on-site drop box.
How much notice is needed to be given prior to moving out?
Although we appreciate as much notice as possible or at least when your completely moved out, we do not require a certain time period for notices.
